We're excited to welcome you to The Bowl at Sobeys Stadium. To help make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please review the information below before arriving at the venue.

VENUE LOCATION
Concert gate times can vary, but generally gates will open 60 minutes before the start time listed on the ticket. Please check the event detail page for each event. Guests should have their mobile tickets downloaded and ready for scanning before arriving at the entrance. If you leave the venue at any point, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
GATES & entry
For the safety and security of all guests, backpacks, luggage, and bags larger than 16" x 16" are not permitted inside The Bowl at Sobeys Stadium. All bags and personal items are subject to search upon entry. Medical bags and diaper bags accompanying a child are permitted. A bag check service is available on site for prohibited items.

The Bowl at Sobeys Stadium is committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all guests. Accessible seating and companion seating are available in the top row of the 100 Level and can be reached via elevator access from the main concourse. Please note that all other seating areas, including floor seating, require the use of stairs. Guests requiring accessible seating should select "Show Accessible Tickets" when purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis directly across from the venue for guests displaying a valid government-issued accessible parking permit. Once inside the venue, wheelchair escort service is available upon request to assist guests to their seats. The main entrance gates (Gates A–D) are fully accessible, and three elevators are available on-site, with priority given to guests with accessibility needs at all times.

A variety of food and beverage options are available throughout the venue, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Concession offerings may vary by event. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Sobeys Stadium is a smoke-free venue*, including all outdoor areas, suites and lounges. The Bowl at Sobeys Stadium is committed to the health and safety of our employees, our fans and everyone visiting our premises.
Fans wishing to leave the venue to smoke will not be allowed back in the venue, per the re-entry policy. Please note: anyone found smoking or vaping on Sobeys Stadium grounds will be immediately ejected from the venue and subject to the maximum fines as per Ontario's Smoke-Free Act.
*This also includes the use of electronic cigarettes, cannabis or tobacco products.
